MONTY HOYLE’S BIO
Monty worked for 17 years as a safety consultant for insurance companies after obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Safety, with minors in business and psychology. In addition to a vast knowledge of general safety and government regulations, he also specializes in ways to reduce loss ratios and incident rates. These seriously affect a company’s insurance premiums and ability to bid on jobs. SAFETY ADVISERS INC has gone through a few name changes since its inception in 1992, but the driving force has always been Monty’s desire to offer reliable safety advice to business owners who choose not to employ a full time safety professional.

ANTHONY “TONY” WEDDLE’S BIO
Tony began his safety training as a ten year veteran of the Marine Corps serving in Iraq and Afghanistan. After being discharged, he was hired by SAFETY ADVISERS INC as a safety consultant. Tony is certified as an OSHA 10 & 30 hour Outreach trainer for Construction, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health. Tony is a valuable asset in recognizing problems, designing solutions and implementing actions to prevent negative results.
