OUR ROLE
We assist business owners who do not have the budget for a full-time safety director, but want trained professionals they can trust to perform that function. We can teach your on-staff assigned safety director, or work with you as your part-time safety director. This eliminates the cost of benefits, vacations, and “dead” time so you just pay for the actual work we agree upon. Our cost is often 1/3 of a full time safety professional, and you decide when and where to use our services.
OUR METHOD
We arrange a no-cost meeting with you to discuss problems and possible solutions. We may also suggest services unknown to you that are free from other sources. We want you to take advantage of those before hiring us. A full review of past losses, incident rates, EMR’s, and current safety activities will be performed to establish a baseline to work from. Your insurance broker and carriers will be part of our team to prevent redundant research.
PREVENTION (RETURN ON INVESTMENT)
Insurance premiums are based in part on accidents and the costs associated with them, regardless of whether the losses are to employees, vehicles, property or products. We work with you and your insurance representatives to develop a safety plan that will prevent them.
